Ordered burger well done and it was RAW ! a manager never came to the table to address the situation we were told by the server... that she would let them know not sure who them is but the plate remained on the table with us and no one addressed the problemwe were very disappointed and hungry my husband kept eating we were out all morning/afternoon so we were famished but toward theend he just couldn't stomach anymore he stated he did not want to be a bother but I on the other hand had to bring it to theservers attention but again nothing was done about it. We were a party of 4 and arrived at 6pm. The hostess said that she would seat us in a minute and took a party of 2 that arrived... after us. As we were waiting, another party of 4 arrived but the hostess didn't come back. After 15 minutes, they left. After 20minutes we left. The hostess never came back. Zero customer service. Read more
The waitress was fabulous and was attentive. Our food was good and the portions were generous. I ordered the chicken breast,... broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. Glad it was open on a holiday not that busy. The food came out wonderfully well prepared.
