The gal with the glasses and septum ring I assume was the "manager" on shift was extremely rude. She had employees goofing off... and on their phones when there was a drive thru line around the block and a fair amount of people dining in. I had an issue andpolitely brought it to their attention, she copped an attitude with the girl messing on her phone and threw the bag at me notspeaking a word. Not to mention the register being out of change and her making a huge deal out-of it because she rather sit onher phone and bulls*it than do her job, like everyone else that was back in the kitchen. Don't come here if you want a quickbite unless you're up for a long wait because this person clearly hates their job so much they want to treat customers liketrash. Read more
There were surprisingly Nice and super fast I have never had a McDonald's have our food done and ready so fast before. I mean... before they even handed us our receipt our Food was done and waiting on the tray for us to pick up. I had even told the niceYoung Beautiful woman WOW! that was fast! THANKS! Drive thru line was long so I decided to go in. Waited 20 minutes for an order that should've taken not even 5 minutes. Got the... food and everything was smushed and cold, even the fries were cold and smushed. The orange hi-c is watered down with not enoughsyrup as such with every other fountain drink most of the time. McDonalds as a whole has taken a reverse direction compared towhat it was 15 years ago. It went from the place looking like trash but the food was good to the place looking nice but the foodis trash. If this is the intuition at the face of the whole McDonalds franchise where most of the money is spent on unneededtechnology and unwelcoming accomodations, then I am sorely and immeasurably disappointed and don't see the company lasting thatmuch longer if this is the direction they are heading. Decided to stop and get something to eat at the drive-thru. The girl that took our order, in the Drive-Thru I believe she was 10... years old and still in the third grade. She was very very rude. You Can Tell She's miserable with her job. I ordered a quarterpounder with cheese no ketchup no mustard with lettuce pickles onions and Big Mac sauce. It literally took her 10 minutes to getmy order. Maybe she should go back to school. My wife ordered a fish sandwich with cheese no lettuce. The fish was the thicknessof two pieces of paper and it was like trying to eat a piece of cardboard! The food, the service and the rudeness of the people,that worked there, all need to take classes on customer relations and food service! I will not return.
