Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Its all good. However, I ordered pintos and cheese. I questioned them because it said 'chips and... cheese' on the screen. The kid said "oh yeah that's just how it comes up, I kniw what you want." OK, cool, yeah, I get that -computer is messed up, cool. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I came here and walked inside because my son and I were going to sit down and eat. I had cash... to use. No one, and I mean no one said hi, no one said, it will just be a minute, nothing. It was busy so I understand a wait,but no one even acknowledged our presence. And we weren?t the only ones waiting at the counter, one gentleman who had waitedlonger was very angry-I mean we stood there for 15 minutes with nothing.-who knows how long the gentleman had been there. Allthey were worried about was the drive through, and that line wasn?t going to stop, but the people who had been waiting in linewere waiting for much longer than all the new cars that entered the drive through line. To not even have l been acknowledged wasa real issue with me. 2 guys ahead of me left without getting anything-think they were a pick up service. I soon after left withnothing, not even a hello. I?m seeing this more and more with Taco Bell?s?it?s like they forgot the patrons that walk in thedoor. This is a friday before Father?s Day-I would have thought the lunch shift would be covered better for the traffic. If it?sa low staff situation-I get it, but how do you completely ignore customers. Matt was such a pleasure and brings a lot of value to your team. There was a large group of drivers in the lobby waiting for... pickup orders from multiple different delivery services and he did such a great job acknowledging everyone, communicating to theline, and checking in with each individual person as the orders came up.
