So I always order online and pick up cause I work very close to the Fairport Marks. I put it as delivery by accident. Came to... pick it up and that?s when they told me I did it as delivery! I felt so bad!! Zack Spoto made me two new pizzas as I waited(they didn?t have mine anymore). I offered to pay for the previous pizzas that got delivered but Zack said not to worry. Feltreally bad for the driver to come to my house and for the staff who made my pizza to be delivered and to make it again. As Iwaited. Costumer service at its finest! Thank you. Still my favorite white pizza with cup & char pepperoni. This pizza is to die for. But service is slipping as of late.
