She is so sweet and she treats everyone as if they are family. I have been ordering from First Watch for months and was today called about my order informing me that I need to pay for Real... Maple Syrup. Real Maple Syrup is not an add on for their online menu. Sean was incredibly rude about it, and tried to make mefeel guilty about not paying for an item there is no way for me to pay for. I have been either going to First Watch or orderingonline every weekend for almost a year. Not anymore. I hope the $1 for the Real Maple Syrup is worth losing a customer thatconsistently spends $50 plus a week. I am updating my review because Sean reached out with an apology. I am only giving 4 starsbecause you still cannot order Real Maple Syrup to go. I think it was incredibly rude to assume I was trying to scam therestaurant out of something, rather than trying to correct the problem.
