This is such a shame because the food is good BUT the lady that answers the phone is terrible. She flat out lied to me when I... tried to pay with a card and she told me they don't take cards when they CLEARLY taken my cards before. Disgusting and rudecustomer service. Absolutely terrible. Food is okay. Got jipped on My Teriyaki steak. Chicken fingers and french fries or packaged in a plastic container with a cover... which made them soggy. When they came in a cardboard container the chicken fingers were Crispy as they should be. Wow this placewent downhill! Read more
The review I am leaving is sadly based on the lady who answers the phone. She is extremely rude, acts as if you have... inconvenienced her terribly by even calling, and even makes loud rude sighing sounds when you tell her you want to pay with acard. This has happened not once, not twice, but every single time I call to place an order. It's very sad because the food isactually pretty good. That is the only reason I continue to order. I hope Happy Garden will consider moving her off a customerservice position as it is honestly hurting their business. Worst customer service of any restaurant in Fall River. Read more
We usually don?t have an issue here..But the last three times the service has been horrible. The women who answers the phone is... rude and hasn?t gotten the orders right. st time they forgot a part of our order so we let it go. Second time we state hey lasttime you forgot bla bla bla. She said ok! So I ordered the same thing we always do..Then boom delivery STILL f?s up. Then whenwe call to say hey this isn?t what we ordered and she argues with me and refuses to give you what you ordered! But offers tosend it but we have to pay again! They rip people off charging them and not providing what they pay for. Third time was useless.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVCE!! Sad because the food is descent but never again! Read more
