When I walked in my first impression was that this place looks clean. It took maybe 5 seconds to be greeted. This was a slow... time of the day, but I can only give my honest opinion on what I experience when I am here. And this is my honest experience onthis visit. The cook ( I think maybe manager was helpful with the menu.) Only ordered the 1/4ib Ruben but it was very good andfilling. It was one of the better rubeuns in the area. ( My personal preference, I would have preferred the bread to be toastedor more than it was anyway. also I think they use a thousand island sauce, I prefer the dressing. Very different textures. Butoverall it's a great sandwich. The staff was very friendly. You could tell they were " old school" as far as work ethic andcustomer service skills. They kept busy but they both made me feel like I was their first priority my entire time in therestaurant. They both followed up with me to see if I needed anything or wanted anything. They both engaged in conversation andthey both have that " knack" that customers look for. They made it a very " Welcoming" atmosphere. I took a sneak peek in thekitchen area through the doorway when I was asking for e extra sauce to go and the entire restaurant was very clean the cook waswearing gloves wiping down equipment For some reason my phone was not picking up the Wi-fi, so I asked about if they offer it?They do offer free Wi-Fi the staff member even went back to double check and turned her phone off and back on to make sure herphone picked it up. I have an old android and for some reason my phone didn't. I will definitely be back. And that's the bestcompliment a customer can give.... SUCKS! Sandwiches look outstanding but are not. Those big piles of beef are propped up by lettuce on the bun. Mayo underneath... the lettuce never makes it to the beef. Beef was dry; bun was soggy. Hmm. Lettuce was crunchy though. This was there Philly. It came with Zero cheese. That's a first for me. But, they never said or advertised any sort of cheese. It just messes withyour mind when you here Philly and you get no cheese. Cheese usually is part of the attraction. My girlfriend and I ordered from here for the first time about 5 months ago and it immediately became our go to place when we... didn?t want to cook. My wife and I would like to thank the staff at Jordyn's. We are in the process of relocating to Hedgesville from New Jersey. We... had lunch at this location twice 9/26.
