I want to give the drive thru Kudos tonight. I work late and taco bell is the only place open. Thank you for that. I ordered... nacho Belgrade w extra chz, tomato and sour cream . Not always do I get my chips covered. Tonight Timmy took my order and wasamazing and Jackie took my payment. They were both so very friendly and I want especially Tim to get credit for being soprofessional and friendly he did a great job. I've experienced not so friendly for the last few weeks. He was happy to take myorder instead of acting like I was causing him a hardship by driving through as I've experienced many times the past few weeks. Hands down the worst taco bell I have ever been to I ordered a crunchwrap and hard tacos all of which where so soggy I couldn't... eat them. The shell in the crunch wrap was so far gone it had deteriorated into the meat, made me gag. Save your money. Read more
Drive thru experience was satisfactory, however, we were trying to go inside at 8:10pm on a Saturday night. Their door states... that they are open "8pm or later". Got out of the vehicle and we were two steps from the door when an employee locked the doorin our face while looking right at us. We have a large long truck and drive thrus are difficult. Mediocre at best. Took 15 minutes to get our order and it was very sloppily made, and tasted like it was missing something. ... Just wasn't right. Never had a runchwrap that seemed to be made with corn chips rather than a crunchy corn tortilla, and it washalf folded. Had to roll it to eat it instead of it being rigid. Highlight was Ashleigh (she's worth 2 stars by herself). Shegot me a new crunchwrap, still not right, but she's awesome. Read more
