I would most definitely give 0 stars if I could. I came across three different higher-up managers, and they were all persons of... color, which made me happy to see my folks advance. Before the attitudes were public, I was so abjectly offended by theimpression McDonald's behavior provided of what was supposed to be a reputable business. This location was a lifesaver during the pandemic but over the last year the quality of the customer service has really... declined. Numerous times we?ve ordered salads and been missing the toppers or the dressing. On several occasions, our sonordered sprite with his meal, and when we got home we discover that the syrup was out, leaving him just fizzy water. The finalstraw was a couple of weeks ago. We normally place our order through the app, and have been disappointed with how soggy thefries have been lately, so we added a note to have the fries & chicken sandwiches ?well done? as we?ve been told by other folksmaking this request will resolve the issue. Of course the nice young man who gave us our food, upon the hand off, told myhusband ?we don?t do well done?. We honestly thought the young man was kidding because CFA is all about customer service and?my pleasure?. For now we have chosen to drive the extra 15 minutes to the Annandale location where they are happy to honor ourrequest. However, if this type of decision is from this owner or store manager I would hope they read the this post and changethis ridiculous policy of not allowing customers to request their fries or sandwich well done. This has to be the worst Chick-fil-A I have been to in Virginia/DC. I usually order off chifla lunch menu for breakfast , but... they wouldn?t do here, which wasn?t a huge deal. The cashier didn?t say anything to me I had to say good morning. I was neveroffered any sauce and was almost rushed out of the way. I got up to get a refill and no lie I waited 5 min untilsomeone Finally acknowledged me after walking past me like 10 times .Two different women finally got fed up waiting they got madat the workers and left. The food was good but horrible service. I worked for Chick-fil-A for 7 years and it would never havebeen acceptable to give this type of horrible service . Read more
The wait wasn't bad considering the the sheer number of people but the food? Well, this is the smallest large fry I have ever... seen. Kind of deflating to get back to home open up the bag to a half filled fry and none else in the bag. Read more

I placed my orders through curbside and my order never came. I waited about 15 min and fin went inside. This has happened... multiple times. Only this time I was being accused of recording by a ?manager? named Megan, while I was on FaceTime with myfriend. I have never experienced such a humiliating experience with chick fil a.
