Falls Church restaurant has serious customer service issues. I was very excited to treat my guests with LEDO pizza.... Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy it because the restaurant manager, who assisted me, was unfriendly and impatient. She raised hervoice when I asked if they had a no-ham pizza for my friends. "Built your own pizza!" - she repeatedly responded in anaggressive manner. Her approach towards paying customer made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. When placing a $114 order atthe LEDO location, I expected to be treated nicely and friendly following LEDO pizza's high standards, and Instead, I got theworst customer service in my life. According to your website, 'the concept is to provide high-quality food at a great value in acomfortable, family atmosphere," and it feels nothing like this in the Falls Church location. Other employees I spoke to, boththe host and the cook, were friendly and welcoming. In this context, it's been even more shocking to see a hostile manager'sapproach toward your loyal paying customer.
