Rude, tried to bamboozle is for your shortage, daughter went earlier and instead of informing her about the missing items from... the premium Sandwich they substituted and still charged her the same and it was stale. Order online went to pick order wasn?t showing up online. Just to make sure I showed emailed receipt and they said they will... make it now. They made me wait outside for 30 mins. I went inside to make sure everything was okay and the manager wasextremely rude and told me that the order was cancelled. Argued with me, had no idea what costumer service is and didn?t takeresponsibility for making me wait 30 mins plus! I?m super chilled person if the manager would have apologize for themisunderstanding I would have understand and moved on. I felt attacked, not welcomed and nobody took responsibility. Food was hot. Service was prompt and courteous the cashier was very nice and knowledgeable. I ordered the Italiam Mozzarella... Chicken Sandwich and it was amazing!! Highly recommended.
