Easily one of my favorite restaurants in town and a top pick to bring my out-of-town friends and family! Their menu embraces... traditional Midwest dishes and cranks the flavor and presentation up a notch. The service is wonderful and exemplifies the warm, kind nature of our community. If you plan to visit with a large party or for an important event/celebration I would highlyrecommend making reservations ahead of time as it can sometimes be difficult to get a table at this well loved establishment. Stopped by for dinner and ate upstairs at Camp Lone tree as we didn't have reservations. Parking lot is VERY small. It was a hot... day so we sat inside the bar (?) area instead of on the deck/patio. The menu situation was a bit confusing having never beenthere. We had the limited Camp menu available but there was also a card with a QR code to view the menu which also included themenu for the restaurant downstairs. Therefore we wasted some time choosing from the wrong menu. We then waited an abnormallylong amount of time for the server to come back to take our order, considering our server found time to sit down and chat withguests who were apparently acquaintances. Once he came to take our order, a friend was told the salad she chose was not anoption as they were out of that lettuce. But then we were both able to order the other salad option. When the salads came, itappeared that they were both pre-made as they were in clear plastic bowls. Certainly not worth the $12 (we paid $3 extra forchicken to be added). Our other friend ordered the pulled pork sandwich with the coleslaw on the side. Some of the pork wasdried/hard and the coleslaw had good flavor but was in way too much sauce. Certainly not impressed. It had a cool vibe and Ican't speak to the restaurant downstairs but not sure I'll be back. Read more

I've been eyeing this establishment over the last year. I just couldn't believe that this beautiful business used to be a... laundromat for many years. We finally got the opportunity to check it out and tried the upstairs restaurant, camp lone tree. This restaurant has bar food offerings: apps, wings, hot dogs, burgers. The space is kind of small, but the roof top deck isvast and ornately decorated. The service was great! The food and drinks were delicious. We sat inside for supper since it was abit chilly yet, imagine that in May? We did enjoy the views from the rooftop deck and played a few rounds of corn hole. Weshared the chili cheese fries, wings and wild game bratwurst. I tried the strawberry, cucumber mule and was impressed. I'dreturn again so we can check out the prairie kitchen which is more fine dining. Read more

Great atmosphere for gathering with small or large group. For management: please be sure to update your website if the menu... changes. Walleye was on the website but not on the menu once at restaurant so very disappointing. I must say though that Iordered the beef short ribs as that was my second choice and that was absolutely outstanding with wonderful flavors in the dish. Read more
