Underwhelming and not that good. Fries too salty, hard, and cold. Burger had way too many pickles and patty was really flat. No... cheese? No way. Also no milkshakes? Come on. Read more

I pulled into burger time after I started getting shakey, pretty sure I have undiagnosed border line diabetes. Anywho I waited... in line initially behind 2 cars, one car eventually LEFT THE PLACE for waiting so long. So I pulled forward, after an additional15 minutes me, and the chick infront of me got out of our cars and had to walk up to the window to ask if there drive though wasopen. The chick looked at me, didnt open her window for a minute, then all she said was "oh sorry" in a very monotone way. Thenshut her window on us. So i go back to my car, and she started responding to the people in the drive though. In total I spent 38minutes in a drive though with one other car then myself. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be returning to this location. The onein moorhead at least aknowlages that they have paying customers outside and will take orders happily. Read more
We went to this Burger time, we waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes while the person in front of us was asking if anyone was... there into the speaker, us and the person in front of us had to walk to the window after 15 minutes to ask if the drive-thru waseven open and all we got was an "Oh sorry" from the lady working there. We usually dont complain but it was ridiculous. Read more
