They are literally always out of things. They never have veggies prepared. The food always looks old and dry. There is always... staff in the prep area having conversations and they ignore customers. The conversations have always been pretty inappropriate.One of the times I went in, a girl was talking to her coworker and saying some really racist things. We got two burritos to go, they were slammed, wouldn't be an issue but the app told us to arrive way too early, get the food... home and my burrito is old chicken, rice, almost no salsa, I could count the pieces of corn on one hand, non existent amount ofsour cream, I don't want it swimming in SC, but being able to even taste it would have been nice. Two things I always ask extrafor, because they never seem to put it on is cheese and chicken, the chicken was a proper amount, but was awful, I'm notentirely sure I even had cheese. I don?t normally leave google reviews.. and I usually love Chipotle very much but this place is just different. First of all... they are VERY understaffed, And workers seem to not know what they are doing. Food were under prepped, ran out or ran low onmany things.. Walked in around 6pm right around normal dinner time to order and there were only two staffs, nonetheless they areboth pretty slow.. which caused a line of around 10 customers. Not to mention food prepping table was a mess too.. I stayed ata hotel that?s 5 mins walking distance and when I got to the room and found out the entire bowl was cold.. and the portion wasVERY little compared to other Chipotle locations. I?m leaving a two star just because the lady was very friendly. Glad I don?tlive in the area or I?d be so frustrated since I?m a usual customer. I am not a fan of writing negative reviews, but this chipotle deserves it. It is the worst I have ever been to. It was so... filthy- floors & bathrooms were disgusting. The employees were so slow & no one from the back jumped in to help up front with aline almost out the door. With only two people up front, the one was going from the cash register to making food- all withoutchanging their gloves. The other seemed like he was high as he didn?t even know what sour cream was when I asked for it norcould he seem to figure out how to wrap the burritos (see pictures). I understand staffing is tough right now, however, thehygiene of this store is just unacceptable. Definitely do not recommend eating here!!! Read more

This location is seriously mismanaged. I can count on one hand the amount of times I?ve gotten an order and it was correct or... they weren?t missing things. Not only are they not always missing items or out of things in their lines, it seems none of theworkers care. They care more about what music is playing in the background than have supplies up front and ready to serve. Thelocation is also always completely filthy. I completely understand being low on items when you close in 30min, but today whenyou close in 2 hours, you can?t be out of 5 line items. Utter none sense. Read more
