Ordered a pizza on Sunday at 2:09 on-line for delivery, go in to find the doors where locked at 3:30 and still not got my pizza... at that time being online a block away. Called another be store to find out how to to cancel it and I am ordered somewhere elseonly to have it delivered still after 6:30 told them being it was that late I also was told it would be cancelled I was stillcharged. NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER AGAIN. Read more
10/22 around 2:30pm there was only one person making the pizzas and everything when we ordered and he was so nice and quick!... Still cracking jokes and smiling and told us to have a nice day. Dont listen to those naysayers who don't know how to wait for apizza and know that literally every place is short staffed and busy. Awesome customer service! Give them a raise! Worst experience today. Order for my childcare as a special treat. They were understaffed and didn't say that when order was... taken. Showed online it could be delivered. After and hour plus I called was put on hold for 6minutes. I hung up and called backemployee told me they were short drivers and cried they were human. Yes I am human too. I counted on you for an order youclaimed you could deliver but couldn't you left my child care having a really late lunch - will never order again. business ifyou can not fill the services you offer stop advertising you can. I worked 100% thru Covid and am tired of all businessexcusses. Dont deliver if you dont have drivers. Read more
9/26/2022 I live 2 hours away from this location and had to be in Fargo for a medical emergency with my girlfriend. I called... this location as it was the first one that popped up closest to me. Hands down the best service and staff I?ve had at anybusiness in a long time!!! I didn?t get managers name but want to say Thank you!!? Five stars for sure! Read more
