Hate to take away star because of corporate budget cuts but I cannot stand calling a call center to order my pizza who I have... trouble understanding and they have trouble understanding me. They must be told to offer every deal under the sun as well but Ijust wanted one single pizza and the time it?ll be done. All that saved money doesn?t do a whole lot of good when people wouldrather have a 5 minute call with a local pizza joint rather than spend 20 minutes telling someone that you?re 100% positive youdo not want to add anything else to your order. But the pizza itself and the store I got it from was all a 5 star experience.Tasted great. People there were just fine to work with. Read more

Absolutely disgusted! Ordered online and the app said our pickup time was between 6:20-6:30. We arrived at the pickup window at... 6:28. They said the order would be another 12 minutes. The app said when your pizza has entered the ready stage, they have 2minutes to get it to you or you get a free pizza. The order moved into the ?ready? status at 6:40, then said delivered at 6:42?So we weren?t eligible for a free pizza. However my wife went in at 6:45 because we hadn?t gotten our pizza. Almost 10 minuteslater at 6:54 we received our order, minus the icing dip for the cinnamon knots. When my wife asked about the free pizza, theyacted like they knew nothing about it! So we waited 15 minutes to drive to the restaurant, then proceeded to wait another 25minutes at the restaurant, only to be cheated out of a free pizza and part of our order! The pizza is back to the old?cardboard? crust topped with Garlic to try and mask the cardboard flavor. There is nothing you can do to earn my business back!We will never eat at Domino?s ever again in our lifetime! Take your business to Papa Johns, I have never been disappointedthere! I wish there was a zero star grade to give, I definitely would! Read more

I was literally chewed out by the General Manager because I had the audacity to come in while they were understaffed. Because... "people can't cook for themselves at home". Do yourself a favor. Save your family from eating spit and order somewhere else.Literally any other Domino's in town or any other pizza place period has better food and 100% better service. Domino's shouldshut this location down. What a joke. Read more

I understand many businesses are struggling with having enough employees, but Dominos clearly has management problems. If you... can't offer a service, don't claim you can. I sent an online order and the tracker didn't move for over 90 minutes. I triedcalling the store and had to wait on hold for around 10 minutes with the most annoying automated voice talking the whole time.I'd rather listen to music than the same message on repeat. When I finally did reach the store, I offered to cancel my order butthey said they had just started making it. The person who answered the phone sounded completely overwhelmed. Whoever owns thisstore: you are gonna burn out the staff you do have unless you find a way to meet the demand. It's probably better to shut downthe store than to overwork your employees, or have employees who are hearing constant complaining. I'm sure it doesn't help thatDominos offers deals when a local franchise may not be able to keep up with the increased demand. Overall: do not order fromthis store. I'm going to stop ordering here just because I feel sorry for them. Read more

It?s unfortunate because they?re so low staffed. This Dominos makes good food pretty quickly when staff is available. Sadly,... when they aren?t and it?s dinner time, don?t waste your time. Been a couple times where I?ve ordered and sitting at hour - hourand a half and food isn?t in yet. Frustrating yes but there are things beyond their control. You can tell from comments belowunderstanding staff shortages but again, this is a franchise and general manager issue, nothing to do with the employees doingthe actual work. Highly recommend calling ahead at this location to ensure how many orders they have in prior to ordering. Itwill give you a decent timetable of when you get the order or when to order. Otherwise, great food and nice employees given theconditions. Read more
