Pizza was one of the best I've had a Duane's Pizza. They brought the pizza out to the car for me. Staff were friendly, order was... correct, pizza was hot and delicious!! FYI- Duane's Pizza on University Drive is temporarily closed on Sunday and Mondays rightnow. Checked the Pourhouse Duane's and they were open. It's actually known as the Osgood Duane's Pizza, I guess.Enjoy! Read more
1 star just to troll whoever answers these reviews. Relax on the raging; it's kinda embarrassing. Edit: Oh, there's a point... to your ludicrous lashing-out in responses to Google reviews? That's truly amazing. Here's a tip then, bud: Look at how otherbusinesses in the area handle their responses to criticism; your method is objectively tacky and unprofessional. $20 for a cardboard thin cheese pizza. It was disgusting and we should have returned it. - Response to the owner. The pizza was... disgusting in taste. Is that better? I've had Duanes before. It was better in the early 2000's when the pizzas were huge andtasted awesome. I'm sorry you're so hurt by a bad review. The pizza was so disappointing that we don't ever want to give youguys another chance. Not for those prices. I don't know what you've changed in the last 10 to 15 years but it's bad now. I ordered a large vegetarian pizza w/ black olives, a large black olive pizza was delivered. I called to tell them about the... error, the manager didn't believe me and hung up on me. I wasn't expecting any refund, I wanted to express my disappointment. He went on to imply it was my fault, I said I sympathize with the order taker, he was preoccupied, and probably frazzled. However, there is no excuse for the Manager's behavior. I can't endorse thier customer service,. the pizza was fine, average,but got the job done. Read more
