My father came in this evening around 5:00pm. He purchased a sandwich & a slice of apple pie. Although he loved his sandwich,... when he went to have a cup of coffee & his apple pie he was so excited about, he opened the container to find the top of the piecrust to have green mold spread across it. This is absolutely unacceptable for an establishment as well known in the area asyours. Attached below is the picture taken of this pie not 5 minutes after the container was opened. We are a family who havebeen coming to your deli for decades, being my parents were raised here in Farmingdale just as I was, & we are completelydisappointed with what we received tonight. I can only hope you learn from this & never sell a molded anything to anothercustomer as long as you remain open. Read more
Pete's Deli has been there for years the reason is they know what they're doing great service and food
I have been going there for years! I have gone there in early morning and evening. The staff has always been helpful and very... accommodating when it came to near closing. Also they have the best variety of hot and cold foods, tempting cookies, muffins, and candy!????????????? Their mornings are very busy and and so are the lunch hours! The customers appear to know the workers,and also some customers appear to be known by them. Also recently they just renovated their eating area!???????? It was a bigimprovement! And it looks great! Found by accident. I live far from there! Needed a quick bite. Was greeted by all. The food was excellent and their hospitality... even more. They treat everyone like family. Now when I'm in the area I make it a point to stop by! Read more
