My wife and I ordered our food on the Sonic app. We got two breakfast burritos, and both of them had customization. We got our... burritos and they completely messed them up. One burrito had bacon substituted for sausage, and the other had no tomatoes andadd zesty cheese sauce. Needless to say, they did all changes for one burrito and gave a normal one from the menu. In addition,no picante sauce was given after requesting 2 on the app. Generally we are fairly patient people regarding food establishments,but this sonic can hardly get anything right anymore. Ordered a slush in drive-through. I was handed a spoon and my drink and no change. I waited for the girl to open the window... back which took a minute or so?I asked for a straw and told her to keep the change since she never offered it to me in the firstplace. The last 2 times I have gone to the sonic in Farmington at around 9:15 ish they always seem to run out of ice cream. And it?s... not the fact that they are out it?s the fact they let you wait in the stall for 25 mins before the send someone out to tell youthat they ran out. Plus I find it odd how you run out of one if not the biggest thing you advertise. It?s Oblivious to me.idon?t think I have ever had a good experience with the sonic ever they can?t make your food right, can?t make sweet tea to savetheir life and, can?t keep the ice cream machine full. We ordered 2 number one meals with mustard- that does not mean a half a jar of ketchup and mayo on those burgers which they... applied. And the meat was burned and chewy couldnt tell about the taste of the meat because you could only taste the mayo andketchup. So if you like burgers in a soup of mayo and ketchup then this your place!!!! Not even sure if there was even mustardon those burgers. 18 dollars down the drain won't be back. Read more
