I can't speak to authenticity, but this was the best service and tastiest meal I've had in a very long time. We ordered... takeaway about 30 minutes before close - ready in 15 minutes, and still perfectly hot and crispy after a 15 min drive home. Thescallion pancakes with the sauce it's served with is literally perfect - sweet, sour, savory, crispy - a strong contender for mynew favorite appetizer ever. Even though the crispy pork rolls were *also* the best ones I've ever had! The chicken, beef, andshrimp were ultra-tender and flavorful, and the portions were a very good size.
