It's a great family restaurant. Rustic log cabin comfortable atmosphere. Wonderful Italian menu. Excellent pizza. My fave:... old fashioned sausage and peppers sub. I would have giving 5 stars all the way through but of course just my luck they didnt make my food the way I ordered it. I asked... for mushrooms on my grinder and no mushrooms so it was so plain. The bag was a great idea it says mama lukes right on it andit's a great idea. The food was made to order and nice and hot. I had the option on broccoli or chicken or shrimp in my pasta itwas all a great experience for take out. Not too long of a wait. The menu wasn't very large but had a ok amount of choices. Been going to this establishment since Rossini?s so a long time. First time I?ve had a horrible experience and will never give... them my money again. I ordered food at 415 said 65 minute wait? for take out seemed steep but I had time so it was fine. Mindyou it wasn?t even prime dinner time yet. Get there for 530 asked for my name he wrote it on the board. And I waited so alreadyover the waiting time. I asked how long he said 5 more minutes waiting on eggplant fries I said ok. Now almost 6 o?clock I wasgetting frustrated. I said forget the food is just like my money back. The manager on duty was on the phone so I waited for himto get off. I said as my food was finally coming out keep the food I just want my money back. He stated please take the foodI?ll refund the pizza and fries so about half the meal. I was fine with that. Took the food and left said the refund would takea while because it was through the app? now here I am two days later charged full priced and when I call they have no proof ofthis happening ???? place is a joke.
