We live 5 minutes up the street but use GrubHub to help support the local gig economy folks. Our driver arrived 30-40 minutes... after our order was placed and they had the poor guy sitting there another 40 minutes. Pizza arrived with thin stiff crust,almost stale, with no flavor. Wings were room temp. Fries were extremely bland, worse than the frozen kind at a store. We've hadissues in the past with meh quality food from here. Given the price and the multiple other pizza places in this area, we willnot order from here again. Waste of money and of peoples valuable time. We felt horrible for our driver. Read more

Average at best. Picked up our xl pizza early in the evening before they had any rush?..ours was the only pizza waiting to be... picked up and the place was empty. Having said that, there was no excuse for the burned charcoal bits on the bottom f the pie?asign of a dirty oven. This might be expected during the rush but not at the beginning of the shift. Been looking for real good thin crust pizza and finally found it. Have tried most pizza in Canandaigua with some better than... others. Decided to take a drive to try Dario's. It beats anything I've tried in the area, hands down!! There was a smallglitch in the online ordering where a small pizza should have been a medium, but they made me another right away!!
