I wanted to get my boss something special for boss's day so I called Edible Arrangements. I recently used them to send fruit... trays and arrangements to my grandchildren in Burlington, VT and Colorado Springs, CO for their birthdays, who, by the way,loved the fresh good fruit, cream cheese and cookies. The first delivery was unsuccessful because my boss was not home. Thedelivery person didn't leave it on the door way but instead took it back and we made arrangements for a second delivery. I amso impressed they were thoughtful enough to take the delivery back so the arrangement was not susceptible to going bad or beingeaten by someone or something else. The second delivery address had to be changed at the last minute and the store inFarmington, UT made the address change while the arrangement was already out for delivery. Again, I was so impressed to knowthere are people who go out of their way to help total strangers. In the words of my boss who was so surprised, "I really lovedthe arrangement! The fruit was really fresh and sweet, especially the pineapple which was perfect! The perfect size and greatcustomer service that they were able to change the delivery so last minute!" I ordered a platter of chocolate covered fruit and a bouquet of colorful flowers to be delivered to my wife?s work for our... anniversary. It got delivered quite late in the day which I understand can happen but when they delivered they only dropped offthe fruit. I called and said my wife didn?t receive the flowers. They were a bit annoyed and said they would call the driver togo back. The driver returned and angrily delivered a bouquet of very plain and leafy flowers that looked nothing like what wasadvertised. My wife loved the gesture but I?m quite disappointed in the delivery and also the flower quality. I gave two starsas the fruit was good, not great but not terrible. Read more

I really love these arrangements. They do a great job putting them together and they are so fun to give & receive. However, I... was pretty disappointed with the delivery this time because I had them deliver to a Veterinary Clinic and I thought it would becommon sense to take the arrangement in and give it to someone at the counter. But according to the picture I received afterthey delivered the arrangement it looks like they just set it on the ground in front of the door to the business. This is aVeterinary. There are lots of dogs being walked in and out of that door and I really hope that the arrangement didn't getknocked over, eaten or broken. I also hope that someone was nice enough to pick it up and take it inside. Next time I will makesure to leave specific instructions for them to take the arrangement inside. UPDATE: I spoke with the people at the vet theother day and they did get my arrangement but there was no note on it and they didn?t know who it was from. I was so sad anddisappointed about this because I really wanted them to know how sorry we were about one of the vets passing away unexpectedly.That particular vet helped us through a very difficult time when we lost our sweet dog. We wrote a very heartfelt note about himthat they never received. It was awkward to have to go in and ask them if they got the arrangement only to find out they did butdidn?t know who it was from and if any animals had touched it on their way into the vet. The moment has passed and there is nota great way to express how we feel now without it feeling weird and random. I will use edible arrangements again, however I amchanging my rating for now to match the experience I had. I am very unhappy with the service from this store. I ordered an arrangement for our anniversary to be delivered that day, and... after several attempts to reach this shop, I finally gave up trying to find out when it will be delivered. At 10:05 p.m., Ireceived an email indicating that it was delivered, along with a picture of my purchase sitting at someone else's doorway. First thing this morning, I call the shop, and my call was sent to a call center after being on hold for several minutes as theyclearly are not going to pick up the call. The customer service representative (who was extremely nice considering thesituation) attempted to call the shop herself. You guessed it, no luck. No one picked up. She put in an urgent request forthem to call me, but so far, nothing. Very unprofessional on their part. It would be nice to hear from them to find out howthey are going to rectify the situation as I am not paying for something that I did not receive. Read more
