Went in, looked at prices and they seemed normal (a bit high), we go to order and they don't have the bread. So I ask for... something else. The guy starts cutting them open and keeps staring at the cheatsheets in front of him. After awhile he finallyasks the lady next to him where the cold cut meat is. She doesn't know. So I tell him and he is still really confused so I askthe other lady there and she doesn't know either. So he puts the meat on very confused, then hands it to her. I ask for thevarious vegetables and she literally just plopped them on the sandwich. The mayo was just in a pile, the pickles were in a pile, just terrible. At this point I just want to move on. Get to the cash register and he wants $22 for two footlongs. I was blownaway and told him that wasn't right. The kid (and his manager) both had airpods in and barely talked above a whisper as theytried to figure out where their pricing said $11/footlong. Finally the manager says, "It's Lagoon man, they are greedy so it'smore expensive." I told them I wasn't paying $22 for it so the kid just pushes the sandwiches to me and I ask him how we aregoing to resolve it. He just says, "you can have them." I said no, I want to pay the price they are supposed to do. So, hecharges me me two 6-inches and I go eat. All in all, never going to return here. I'm fairly sure they are not Subway employees, they are just rotated through as Lagoon employees so they don't know what they are actually doing or the rules for making foodand proper health code. I would recommend nobody goes here until they get some actual Subway employees in here to run itcorrectly. Read more

Terrible experience. Waited 40 minutes while the managers just chatted in there back room. The manager came back in and started... to yell at the customers and said they can only get 6 inch sandwiches now. Managers should be fired now. Read more

Very slow line, the Arbies next door was 2x as long and 3x as fast. The food was low par for a subway and the building was... disgusting (think sticky floor and garbage). I had higher expectations. PSA, no bathrooms here. Read more

Worst subway in existence! One person at the only register open, texting on her phone, waiting to ring something up. One kid... making ONE. SANDWICH. AT. A. TIME. When he went to wrap my foot long sandwich literally half of my sandwiches filling fell outonto the floor. He just looked at it and proceeded to wrap it up anyways. One side of my foot long only had the meat andcheese. There were three other employees wandering around but never did anything to help with the rush. The crowning moment ofshame came when one of the employees jumped in and made herself a HUGE sandwich, filled up a soda and walked out the door. Wewill NEVER eat there again. Read more

There was 2 sandwich stations and 2 registers but only 1 station and register manned. 2 young men making sandwiches SLOWLY and... 1 baking bread. The young man at the register had to ask what sandwiches we had to charge us properly, get our drinks (no wateravailable) and the card machine was not working well. The place was packed with customers because it was 1 pm but they had nohelp, no guidance and a severe lack of urgency. Subway lost customers as people were leaving to eat elsewhere. Read more
