Went here a few days ago and placed an order at the Kiosk...I couldn't pay at the kiosk and the kiosk directed me to the... register to pay and informed me to take my receipt to register along with credit card... the young lady who approached theregister was very argumentative and accused me basically of lying until another employee walked up to the register to explain toher that the kiosk directs the customers to pay at register However McDonalds removed all the card payment machines fromregister area therefore I couldn't pay. So another young lady comes with my food and I tell her I didn't pay for the food and Ineed to pay... she tells me to not worry about paying for the food she's giving it to me for free based on mcdonalds shouldallow customers to pay at register. I informed her I'm not here for free food I want to pay for my food and I'm not looking forfreebies... she along with another gentleman said take the food... when I get to my car to eat the food the fried were old, foodcold, frappe was messy. I live in the area where this McDonald's is located and I will never patronize them again. They want$15 an hour as workers but provide horrible service Read more
Since 2014, moving to the area, this location has utterly degraded in quality of service and food served over time. Almost... exclusively when ordering large fries, they fill the container half way. When ordering a soft drink with light ice, it seemslike they intentionally add MORE ice. When ordering burgers, it?s as if the burger has been sitting out under a heat lamp by thelooks and texture of the cheese. NOT ONCE has a single burger from this location ever been served fresh. There has been twooccasions I had to turn my vehicle around and get my burger (normally a quarter pounder) replaced because it looked old. Now,and I don?t know if this is happening to all McDonald?s or the ones in this region, but about 25% of their menu is out of stock,for lack of a better term. Literally, not exaggerating. To the restaurant manager or owner, whatever, you need to re-evaluateyour staff and logistics. From now on or at least until the other McDonald?s location on Telegraph becomes the dumpster firethis one has become, I will drive the extra miles to get food there. I personally don?t see this location making it past theeconomic downturn and will likely close. And quite frankly, I don?t mind. 1st we drove up and waited to be greeted. Instead of a (welcome to McDonalds, how can I help you?)... we get "cash only". 2nd we... do what a lot of people would complain about, add on at the window but it gets added, the girl at the window showed that shelacked patience and customer service skills. Meanwhile I'm checking the kids meal and noticed a burnt smell and taste to thefries on top of that, overcooked fries. I let that go as if maybe I'm tripping. 3rd I get to my destination, washed my hands toinspect my meal only to find that I've got an old, hard, dry filet o fish. Then while making sure the kids meal IS good I try acouple more fries and they tasted straight up BURNT... gross!???? Also as I inspected the kids fries, I seen bits of somethingBURNT. Now why would you serve someone something that had been cooked in something else that has been BURNT??? Glad I waited toserve the kids meal. If it weren't so late and me already being delirious from hunger and being tired, I would have spun backthrough there and threw the mess back in the drive thru window. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I believe there was just a cook and acashier there but that doesn't mean the quality of service or food should be horrible like this! I have eaten here a couple of times and it has been okay, but this time it was bad. First, at 12:15 pm the line for the drive... through was backed up to the entrance so I could not turn into the parking lot. Once the queue had cleared enough for me toenter the lot, I parked and went inside to order. I ordered a Big Mac meal and a McDouble. I paid at the terminal, entered mytable ?tent? number and paid the almost $13 dollars for my meal. No receipt came out, and although the order number was brieflydisplayed, I paid no attention to it since with the table ?tent?, I expected the meal to be brought to my table. I waited andwaited and waited. After 15 minutes I went to the counter and asked about my order. The person asked me what my order was, and Ireplied. Evidently the order had been ready but no one brought it to my table. Instead they hastily put the burgers in a bag,grabbed some french fries, placed them in the bag and handed me the bag and a cup of ice. So much for table service! Why bothergiving the option? The fries, while fresh, were unsalted and a bit undercooked. Some of the fries spilled in the bag and soakedthe napkins with grease. The Big Mac was placed in a Double Quarter Pounder box, and the McDouble in a double cheeseburgerwrapper. The McDouble was cold and the Big Mac needed to be re-built, as the layers were all over the place. I realize it wasbusy at lunchtime, but after overhearing a woman complain to the manager about her child?s Happy Meal missing the burger andfries, it seems to be standard operating procedure here to screw up peoples? orders.
