I suggest that if you want service inside, then download the KFC App. You will get faster, more polite service ordering your own... food via the app. Today as I stood for almost enough time for me to download the app and create a new acct, as I was putting inmy payment info an employee came up and asked me if they could help me. I did order from the employee, but feel that it isridiculous for a customer to have to wait that long before someone came to take my order. The drive thru seemed to be runningsmoothly. The tables in the lobby all were dirty. It seemed that people had eaten at the tables but no one had cleaned them.They had to get ice in my cup from the drive thru as the soda machine in the lobby did not produce ice. The soda was actuallynasty as to it was just syrup water with no carbonation. I will not be back again to eat here. I just feel the whole serviceexperience was just not what it needs to be to keep customers coming back in the door. Read more
