First off I went through the drive thru and the girl taking my order doesn?t pay attention nor listen and secondly I spent... almost $4 on a twisted dipped cone and they put barely any ice cream on the cone? I ordered a small and they put the amount theywould for the tiny cones? I asked for my money back. The manger just did the refund and didn?t say anything to me. Just got ice cream 2 minutes ago. Someone messed up the chocolate ice cream. It tastes like vinegar! I tried calling the store... but no one answered. The vanilla part of my kids twist was fine and so was my strawberry shake. Read more

Last week I got the wrong burger. Today with only one car in front of me at the drive thru I had to pull around to the front to... wait for my food. Took at least 5 minutes. Got the food & didn't receive the requested ketchup & wrong burger again. Ordereda deluxe & just got a double patty with no lettuce or tomato. Got back in the drive thru & got my ketchup. Parked & got myfood out. No fricken napkins. You'd think almost $9 for a burger & small fries you'd get a couple napkins. Not in any hurryto go back. Read more

She was working the front counter by herself while high school football game was going... on across the street and she was trying so hard, had a huge crowd of people in front of her while taking orders, making icecreams, boxing orders, and still had a smile on her face and even remembered to flip the blizzards upside down to each customer!I'd give her 100 stars if I could!
