On Friday, I purchased three of the cinnamon and sugar pretzels I also purchased three of the icing with the pretzels. When I... get home the pretzels was not edible. So I was going to call the location but unfortunately the store had closed. I went back onSunday which is today and there were three workers there, I should have not gotten the pretzels because of the way that I wastreated by the young man and the young lady that was making a pretzels. The young lady said she would call the owner and askedif they were able to give me the three pretzels. As I was standing there they were laughing and used the same hand that sheused to hold her phone and continue to make pretzels. They did give me the three pretzels but when I got home the pretzels wereburnt. I will return to the store because I feel like that management and owners should be aware of what took place I lovethese pretzels and pray, that they will get the proper training needed. Read more
