Walked in to make an order at the counter and was told that I could only use the kiosk to order. The lady was a manager for this... location. Was very rude and not helpful at all. Fries are over saltes burger is dry. If you can't handle customer service thenyou shouldn't be a manager. Cudos to the man who actually took my money. Wish I could leave 0 stars. Rude rude rude. I shouldn't feel disrespected just getting a cheeseburger and a soda. And I did.... Having worked for similar restaurants in my teenage years and being disrespected by the customers, I learned to be nice andcordial to the people working. The employees at this restaurant serve the disrespect up to the customers directly. Don't evenhave to deal with corporate to get the treatment. Wow. Just go across the parking lot to taco bell. Service was fairly hands off until I actually got to talk face to face with a human. Using the kiosk took longer than dealing... with a person. Food was ready in a reasonable amount of time. The floor in the dining room was really slick. Be careful! Read more

Worst experience EVER ordered online with the app, pulled up and only one lane was open on that lane was a hand written note... that they only accept cash. I then said ok I have a online order, was told they can't honor online orders...I said ok if I ordercan I get the deals, was then told no and we also can't do any combos....ok what am I supposed to order from dollar menu??
