Where to begin? I usually order through the mobile app but occasionally also do pick ups for doordash/ubereats. This taco bell... needs to just be closed down. They obviously can't handle the order volume yet they still keep accepting more and more deliveryorders. They've changed it to where drivers MUST come inside now which wouldn't be a big deal if they actually started makingthe orders when you checked in with the customer name but they DON'T!!!! They make them in the order that they were submittedwhich means you could wait an hour for an order and see other drivers come in after you and leave before you all the whileprioritizing the drive thru. Service has sucked several times at this establishment. I will never spend money at this restaurant again because regularly I... spend over $50 on an order as I have a large family and I make sure to order plenty of sauce. I ordered eight Fire Sauce eighthot sauce and about 5 mild. If you buy a taco party pack and six or seven other items and they think four sauce packets of Fireand five of mild enough then it's clear that they cannot count or read the order one of the two. I would recommend spend theextra gas and time and drive to Farmington. That Taco Bell gets my order right first time every time. Read more
