If you'd like to spend $5 on an unidentifiable milk drink that was suppose to be a french vanilla latte with no espresso or... flavor while the little guy dances at the drive through window this is the place for you. This place constantly have bad serviceand even worse quality control with EVEN WORSE lattes. Read more
Normally my experience at this location is quite fantastic. But today it definitely was not. The woman at the drive-thru window... got my coffee wrong, and did not have any interest in fixing it and was very rude. She was not wearing a name tag I couldn't gether name. Among the worst service I've had at any fast food/quick service restaurant. There has apparently been no leadership or... organization in the afternoons for at least a year now. They're often out of products. They ask me at the pickup window what Iordered at the speaker, and even when I've ordered ahead. The only reason this isn't a 1 star review is that the drive thruemployees at least are friendly. Read more
