VERY RUDE TO ME IN MY FIANCÉ!!! Mannnnn KIKU in Fayetteville will never see me again. The food is nasty there is no policy or... customer service and apparently the owner didn?t wanna talk to me and my fiancé. The manager proceeds to say that the foodwasn?t nasty the cook services hundreds of people. What does that have to do with anything? The manager Ann Lee was very veryrude. He throw away my food that I still had to pay for. Read more

Customer service is ok, they make sure your seated, your order is placed and that you know where the plastic cutlery is located... nothing more. The food was a fail for me the sushi was plated very very sloppy and drowned in sauce. I couldn't taste anythingbeyond the sauce, I was also unsure of which sushi roll was which because of all the sauce. The hibachi vegetables wereextremely mushy and very unpleasant to eat. I ordered my filet medium it was served to me well done. The fried rice has andupcharge of about $2.50, it's just not worth it as the fried rice just tasted like grease. As we were trying to eat a workeryells "everyone is sick", not the establishment had just opened and it was mainly workers in the restaurant. Another party satbehind me and coughed uncontrollably for about 5 minutes straight, and that continued off and on until we left. I just asked formy check as I couldn't even finish my food. My experience here was extremely unpleasant. Read more

Okay, so what I will say is the staff is so so sweet and the chef does their best to make the experience comical, comfortable,... and enjoyable! I do not care for the food mainly because I?m use to other hibachi chains but I did have a good experienceentertainment wise. If you do not eat hibachi often then you?ll thoroughly enjoy this place but I have wanted to visit for sometime now and I?m glad I did! Read more

Place is very dirty. Service was okay. I waited about ten minutes for my food after my husband got his. Sushi was a little... on the warm side. Ordered a tequila cocktail that was TERRIBLE. They also give you plastic silverware. Not a fan. Read more

We ate at the hibachi area the cooks sing the whole time happy birthday even if it?s not. I think they are obnoxiously loud. The... food was to salty and the shrimp was not cleaned properly (deveined) I had the shrimp tempura roll and I had the chicken andshrimp platter. Rice was too salty and chicken was rubbery and bitter. My son had the steak it was good and the California rollit was also good. This is my honest review I think they can do better. The restaurant is nice at least where we were hibachisection. The only thing I was able to eat was the vegetables.??????????? Could of bin better. Prices are not bad they do includea 15% tip. Which might make your bill seem higher. Read more
