This location is not manged well. They are always missing ingredients. They didn't have proper cups for over a week. This no... pesto(happens a LOT) or cranberries for the smoothie. I heard them say they were running out of straws. The young people workinglast night were friendly and accommodating. They are the only reason I gave 3 stars. Read more

I love tropical smoothie cafe, and I've been coming to this location since it's opened. Off late, it's gone down bad. Completely... out of apple n kale coleslaw for weeks. This location is always out of something. Then on top of it they don?t even tell you.. you just have to watch them make it and... realize yourself.
