Sat in drive thru for almost 10 minutes. When I got ready to order, the voice stated the drive thru computer was not working... and I would need to come inside. I looked around the parking lot and it was not at all full. So I parked and went inside. Iwanted to order 2 slicers and a jamocha shake. And the shake machine was not working. Top three worst fast food experiences in my two decades of existence. Waited 30 minutes for a 2-person order of food, was told... something had come out wrong and it was being remade, got food at about the 35-minute mark. And even then the food was STILLwrong. I had the fish tenders. I understand that Arby's may have the meats but fish should not be one of them. My stomach felt bad for... the rest of the day. It wasn't that the food had turned it just wasn't any sort of quality and I paid the price. Read more
Wait was super long for a drive through and half my order was wrong. I get that yall have to shave the beef fresh or whatever,... but at least give me the #1 classic I asked for, not a #2 double. Also, I have a hearing disability, so when you rattle offabout 17.3 million things in 2.8 seconds, I don't understand. I know I didn't say this when you asked me "is that correct?"
