Nice girl at the window, but they were out of cinnamon twists and cinnamon, the chicken was tiny tiny tiny and dark brown, over... cooked, and half the fries had been double fried and were not edible. The dirty rice was good and the biscuit was good. Read more
The food was fresh and delicious, but the service and inside was trash. I began in the drive through lane which wasn't moving at... all. I was the 5th car waiting in line sp i decided to back out. After I backed out of the drive through lane to go inside - Ihad to wait behind 5 others to order. They had nearly 6-7 staff members working and no one at the register. Once I made my orderI looked down behind the counter and noticed how filthy the floors were. After a 10 - 15 minute wait, I was able to recieve mymeal. Food was decent. I couldn?t get the kids meal bc they were out of legs. They couldn?t sub a thigh so I just got a dinner meal... with Mac n cheese and fries. Got home, opened the box and no Mac n cheese. Read more
Walked in stood behind 4 people a long time with no notice from staff. Spoke up after the party behind me left with no service... or acknowledgment. I was told there was only one person working the front and was busy. Then I walked out without service. Theyget an -F for this visit. And not the first time either. The drive through had 2-3 people working and at least a dozen ordersfilled. I can't give a low enough score for service. Read more
