Ordered via phone ahead of time for a specific item and after arriving the counter person charged me as expected for the items.... However, the cook Earl came out and informed me that the item ordered over the phone of which I ordered with him personally wasnot available. How do you conduct business transactions without knowing whether or not you have your advertised items available.This is poor planning and management on their behalf. Then Earl informs me of their 2nd location in town and states I can go getgizzards there. How does he know what?s available at the 2nd location if he doesn?t even know what he has available in hiskitchen. I will never come back to this location and unfortunately they have lost a customer for poor hospitality andaccountability. Read more
