They made me wait 2 hours for my order and they didn't tell me. The delivery man was 3 minutes outside the store and when I... called they told me that the car was overheated. They do not inform you or give you the option to decide if you still want yourorder or not. When I called, the one who answered me was rude and hung up the phone on me. It is humiliating to receive such aservice despite the price they charge. The company should review its customer service policies and ensure that its branchesimplement them. Read more

I am giving this review because at first the experience was bad because my pizza was delivered to the wrong house. I gave a... review about it that went directly to the store on the app. The store manager called me directly and was amazing. I wassurprised to receive the call. He was very apologetic and showed concern for my order, and I can truly appreciate that. So, forme the customer service is a plus and of course the pizza is always delicious. I am pleased. Read more

I ordered my meal, about an hour and half later I called the store to see the status since it?s been stating on the dominoes app... the foods been ready an hour ago. The store didn?t answer after 3-5 min, once he responds he puts me on hold, once the rep comesback I state I ordered my meal over an hour ago and I was just curious on the status, the response I receive was ? hold up letme talk to my boy? 10 seconds later ? he?s on his way now, you are the next order? and literally hangs up.
