Purchased thin crust barbecue Pizza, customer service was great and the Pizza was delicious
Placed an order online for pickup, got home with my order and realized my sub wasn?t even cut like I asked and there was... mushrooms after I specifically said no mushrooms. I've been a customer with Marco Pizza for almost 6 years and today is the first day I actually received my two pizza and... 10-piece barbecue wings the wings were horrible I opened the box they're burnt and dried out and there was not even 10 wings inthe box so I called to talk with the manager she's supposed to credit my account but I doubt that very seriously because thelast time they didn't do it but I never had this issue before I was so disappointed with my wings it was just ridiculous Ithink you should take your time and send out fresh BBQ wings not something that was already cooked and then redone over orreheated I'm very very disappointed with my service., I would have preferred them to just redo my order and just sent me anotherorder.
