Every time I go here, I am told to pull up to the front even if all I got was some fries and chicken nuggets. And on top of... that, the fries are always half way cooked like the top of the fries will be fried but the bottom of the fries are soggy, wetand not cooked at all. The nuggets always taste old too, like their using leftovers from weeks ago. Not to mention I went insideone time because the lines were so long but the kisoks weren't turned on and I asked an employee if they were broken or justturned off and if I could order at the counter but she replied with an attitude, "you can order in the line" WHAT byeeeee ???? The wait was entirely too long but at that time of night options were slim it took about 8 to 12 minutes per car when they got... to the pick up window to receive their food. I had an online order and when I got to the ordering window I gave my code I gotto the pick up window may 20 to 30 minutes later for them to tell me I owe $10.37 which was not even the total of my food Iprepaid for but i took this as a simple mistake because I figured they might be learning or short staff which i understandbecause there are time thst my place of employment is short staffed hence why waited so long in the first place. As I tell themI prepaid and had an online order in confusion they ask me what was my order again ( I take it the system for online orderingwas not yet in sync). Already a bit irritated but still patiently waiting I watch the staff horseplay, flirt and laugh withone another as if the don't have a line wrapped around the establishment just with no care in the world. When I get my foodabout 9 to 12 minutes later The spicy nuggets were regular nuggets, my fries were cold, and my Big Mac was thrown togethersloppily with no Mac sauce. Don?t waste your time here. I just came here with my siblings and they ordered 2 10 piece nugget meals. When we looked, there... was only one pack in the bag and they were spicy. I went back to get what they ordered. I looked them in the eyes when I said?no spice?. I should?ve checked in the bag because they gave us 2 more spicy nuggets. He asked spice and I said no spice. Not the first time I've had an issue but today was a huge mess up. Ordered my usual food, which most of the people know me up... there because I'm there everyday. They charged me for someone else's meal and then decided to say they gave me the wrongreceipt. And didn't even get my order right, never put in my code for my app. Forgot a whole meal and then proceeded to chargeme for the sandwich. After charging me for someone else's food. I hate to see anyone lose their job, especially with inflation and the state of this economy but i feel like this location needs... to fire ALL the staff and just start over. It makes no sense how many issues you have to go through at this establishment andlooking at the reviews, I?m not the only one. First the open/close time is wrong. It states it?s 24hrs but that is clearly alie. I went after work at 2:30 am and the gentleman on the speaker stated they weren?t taking anymore orders. Went on anotherday at 5am and they weren?t open. The fries are ALWAYS cold or taste undercooked, which is the main reason i Patron McDonald?sand let?s not even get started on the wait times.
