I visited this location for lunch today and ordered the steak and shrimp combination plate with 2 egg rolls. I specifically... asked for my steak to be cooked medium well. Once I was able to eat my food once I was in the car due to waiting 30 minutes formy order. I saw that it was tough and well done. There were orders that was placed after mine that came out before mine. Whenfinally asking about it because I had to get back to work. I was informed that the steak was still sitting on the grill. Went to this establishment 10 mins ago to pickup a call-in order. I checked the bag because I ordered hibachi chicken and shrimp... double veggies no rice. I tasted the chicken and it was teriyaki. I addressed the young man working and said I didn't wantteriyaki. He proceeded to tell me that "by default we give everyone teriyaki ". I asked for hibachi. He says "ok, we can get youhibachi chicken". He proceeds to start putting the food out of my container back into their chicken pot, I say " hey hey!! I ateout of there!! That's how I knew it was teriyaki ". His response was "we have to save our resources" and he put that food backin their food bar. I was completely disgusted by this. This has always been my go to but after today I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THISPLACE AGAIN!!! Read more
