I go to sonic quite often and have always been impressed with this location's cleanliness the speed of their drive-through... friendly customer service And ability to process orders correctly. Today in the drive-through I had an exceptional experiencewith a lovely employee named De Nazia None of my payment methods were were functioning correctly, ( I left my house withoutmy purse) She took the time to tell me my options and came up with the perfect solution which allowed me to get my bag of iceand be on my way. I waited in the car hop area for 30 min waiting on two shakes and a small order of fries. One shake was completely wrong... considering it was only a strawberry and a peanut butter shake and I didn't receive my fries, thus I continued to wait another10 min for the correct order altogether. This was not the only time my wait was that long or longer and it most definitely wasnot the only time a food order was amiss. Read more
The food was good but waitress was rude over the intercom. Cutting us off, talking in the background while taking our order,... which caused her to get our order wrong. That double cheese burger on the Texas toast & jalapeño poppers were firethough! The fries were good as well. The shark attack slush with the 2 lil gummy sharks was nothing special... at all. Just geta regular slush and go buy some gummy sharks lol... I don't eat sonic often but I'd recommend that sandwich and the jalapeñopoppers for a lil snack.. This is not an promotion code for free food? I?m a truck driver. So I was finishing up my day and wanted to end it with a bite... to eat. I pulled up to Sonic ordered 2/Corn dogs n fries. Continue to pay, error! Error! Error! What?s going on. Account ispositive, what?s the deal. Now food shows up and I?m still trying to pay. My server even stepped in to help and no successneither. So she says give her a minute, comes back food is on the house.
