You know how you've been somewhere (particular franchise , various locations) a hundred times ,but once in while the food is... more than simply good food? You've had high quality food/meals from places but something is different from just high qualityingredients, im talking o.m.g. slap yo momma delicious then take out for lunch? Well the sub (Italian BMT on white bread cause ishare a fondness to my whitey brethren lol) from this subway on this day was so good i almost had a single tear roll down mycheek , this particular sandwich should be called simply "Happiness" cause its all i really need to say. For what its worth Itruly hope each and everyone that reads this comment has the chance to enjoy there own "Happiness" where ever and what ever yourparticular meal may be, but this was mine. Worst subway I've been to. Third time trying to go there. Every single time the staff are very rude, and they act like they... don't speak English. Most recent time I went there I tried to get an icee and they told me we're closed... being that 854pm isa weird time to close I said "I just wanted an icee" (this store is in a Walmart and has an icee machine) to which he replied,we don't have any. I look behind him to the machine then back to him and say "OK so for future purposes what time do you guysclose" to which he responds 9 or 10 while shaking a hand back and forth. I held up my watch, looked at it, it showed 0854 lookedback at him and walked away. Thats the last time I attempt to support that business with my consumer dollar. Also... take note,that there are ZERO responses from management, these people do not care about your consumer experience. Read more
Ordered 3 subs online. 1 of my subs had the wrong bread when I got home. I called to let them know that I had the wrong bread... the guy stated i was lying and that he personally made the sub. I ordered italian herb and cheese and it came on wheat he alsostated that I always call and complain when this is the first time I have ever ordered from them. I'm pretty sure this is theowner of the store. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I work in the food service as well. And I cannot believe he accused me of lying. I have pictures of my receipt and the sandwich. Wish I could give it 0 stars. I willnever order from this place again nor will anyone I know. Read more
