Food safety protocols not met, chicken layed out at room temperature prior to cooking and staff is rude and management stinks,... there is a reason why the other locations failed. I went on my lunch break from work the lines moved quick the atmosphere was inviting and clean. Now the food, if I could give it... 10 stars I would! The fries were piping hot the Turkey cranberry sandwich was so delicious and the honey mustard and chipotleranch chefs kiss!!! I?m so glad this location is so convenient to my place of work! This is about my fifth or sixth time eating here since they?ve opened and every time I?ve been it has always been very... good?always fresh and consistent. Staff are very polite and friendly. You order at the counter, you get your drink, sit down andthey?ll bring your food to your table or call your name to pick up at the counter(probably varies due to staffing issues). Thereis a second one downtown Fayetteville but I have not visited that store as of yet. Read more
