Absolutely shameful. This has got to be the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I ordered hashbrowns and a sausage egg and cheese on... a croissant but they were both burnt like charcoal and hard as a rock. Instead of remaking them like a normal and honest humanbeing, the clown at the drive-thru wrapped it up and handed me the bag. How can you treat paying customers like garbage, thislocation is dishonest and lazy. Please do yourself a favor and visit another Dunkin. Read more

My worst experience at this Dunkin. I come to get my younger brother some munchkins and donuts and I am greeted at the drive... through with screaming from the other employees around the person I was talking To. It continued to happen for a bit until Isaid what I wanted and pulled around to the window. Then I was waiting for the bag, and the bag was swung at me by this 17 yearold looking guy. On top of that, I look inside the donut is thrown into the bottom of the bag and some munchkins on top. Andthey usually leave that napkin or whatever it is inside the bag that was not there that leads me to believe that he used hishands. He continued to laugh as I took the bag. Worst experience here. I have probably been here over 100 times and only once did they mess up my order. Another time they were out of the donut Iwanted and had order through the app so I picked an alternative (the person at the window that day was a little spicy, I neversaw them before or after that time, though).
