It was good, the food was surprisingly good, the service was really fast, The Waitresses pretty nice, the place itself inside... looks very nice as well. Good atmosphere. What an absolute dumpster fire of a place! I've been here a few times. Their customer service is a 0/10. Very rude workers.... Typical village turk mentality. We all live in the United States now! Customer service is a priority in this country. You're notdoing me a favor by making me food. There are at least 100 places I can eat within a 10 minute radius. I am helping you bysustaining your business. I've eaten at plenty of Turkish restaurants and enigma's food is mediocre at best. They've also supersignificantly raised their prices. Last time I was there, the spinach pie was STONE COLD in the center. Almost like it wasfrozen and then just microwaved real quick. I can go to trader Joe's and buy a frozen spinach pie if I want to. Shame on you forserving Frozen and microwaved food. Definitely not worth the long wait or the bad service. Never ever coming back here again.Maybe the bar upstairs is helping the restaurant sustain its business, but I don't see this place open for too long. Read more
