I understand that Vietnamese coffee is a pretty strong drink, but the person who made our drinks did not fill the cup with... coffee. I ordered two of these only to find out it was mostly filled with ice. The photo explains it all? and our drinks wasalready watered down after a few minutes. I was so disappointed, this bakery makes one of the best Vietnamese coffee, but Iguess I?ll take into consideration. Read more
Pros: clean, organized, lots of options. Prepackaged pastries/breads options, which is unique. Cake slices are beautiful and... prices are decent. Cons: I?ve only been to the is location, so this may not apply to all locations but It has a ?fast food?approach to the service. Only one employee checking out, so if a line starts to form then everyone has to wait for eachindividual to read the menu for drinks and see all the options in the cold case. Feels like you have to rush otherwise you areholding up the entire line.. Customer service was poor, not even a hello when I got to the register. Was charged .75 cents foran ?shot of espresso? in my drink but it was really a shot of cold, drip coffee or some instant espresso.. if it was truly anespresso shot, it must be pre ground beans or something cause not once did I hear a coffee grinder.
