Sitting in line to order, a lady who claims she is the manager started telling me that I needed to move forward, there was one... car behind me and she said I was holding up a line. My friend that wanted to order was looking for an online coupon. Thespeaker is so loud that I could not get a word in to tell her just one minute, so I had to raise my voice in order to talk overthe speaker. After I told her "Wait one minute ma'am", she told me that she didn't want to take my order and used a bit ofobscene language not I had children in my car. I then sat in the line where the window was and she kept telling me to moveforward. She would not open the window, so I drove away and called the store. Well I ordered special 2 for $6.00 burgers but cashier said it's $7.00 now and I had the coupon. I hungry so I OK and also had... another coupon for Burger w/ fries & drink for $6.99 . When I got home I only a Whopper burger, a small king burger with fries,drink. So I spent over $15.45 for two burgers and fries and drink with coupons Trust me I will not go there again. I know it'snot much money for the burgers now adays , I know it's hard to find good help and they don't even answer the phone. Don't trycalling them . Plus it's only drive thru only. Im so sad about this visit. From start to finish we felt ignored and a bit un-welcomed. We came through the drive through at... 10:18, 9/13/22. The ladies sounded so distant from the conversation we had to repeat ourselves a few times. It felt like theywere incredibly distracted and unfocused. When we got to the window, it was the same lack of connection, lack of eye contact,lack of respectable hand-off of food. Just a messy, seemingly sloppy situation in general. We got the wrong order. Theyover-charged and gave us more food than we ordered. When we came back in to give them the sandwich back they refused ????. Itwas such an uncomfortable experience, we did not feel like customers at all, more like an inconvenience. And the worst part isnot feeling listened to afterwards?. Anyway, as a business owner myself, I hope someone can help tighten up the employees andmanagers here, perhaps become more cohesive & focused on the customers instead of chit-chat, or at least how to prioritizeconversations and make customers feel acknowledged. Although, this is our local Burger King, and always come here forbreakfasts, We will probably not be coming back until they have a more inviting team or train the current team to be moreinviting. I door dash sometimes for extra cash. This burger king has a sign on the door (like most takeout places) that the front room is... closed because of covid. However, if drivers walk up to the door and knock, they will hand you your delivery so you don't haveto inconveniently wait in line.
