Was not greeted by staff. Waited about 5 mins Until the cook told the front counter staff to take my order. I understand they... are short staffed and I was absolutely fine with waiting but I didn?t get a single word from staff until he came to the registerand even still didn?t get a hello, a sorry for the wait, or what can I get you. They butchered the order, go back and give back the incorrect order and I ask for the correct one. For them to just make it... wrong again. Also no one answered the phones. Had to drive over twice and not going to this place again. This isn?t the firsttime they mess up orders either. Read more
This location routinely underfills blizzards--the cups are usually empty from the rim to about 3 inches down, which is quite a... large portion of missing ice cream. I thought it was a one time thing at first because they get busy often, but it happenedagain when I went back weeks later. Blizzards are already expensive for what they are, so not getting the full product I paidfor just adds insult to injury. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt (especially since I know what it's like to workin fast food), but it's clear that the customer service is greatly lacking. Not only did I spend 25 minutes in the drive thru behind 4 people. But I had a question about an item on the menu and the... employee wasn't able to answer my question about one of the sauces. Also I was hoping to try a new burger, but I'm not able tohave pickles nor onions. I asked for the customization and he told me I'm not able to order it with no pickles/onions. So Iordered a $7 Daily Meal and wanted to sub my sundae and I got overcharged. Since COVID hit. The service and speed at thislocation of dropped drastically. Luckily I don't work too far from work..when I got my food, my burger was lukewarm-cheese notmelted, burger undercooked-it may have been the worst burger I've ever had from a DQ restaurant. Read more
