The Dine-in here is closed but there?s no sign. I just wanted to sit inside and eat my food?in a public fast food place out of... the sun? It took me knocking twice for someone to come to the door and even then, they couldn?t give me a reason why the dine-inwas closed. Poor customer service. Maybe they should shut this location down. Burgers were really dry, curly fries not so fresh, drink machine might have been low on syrup or something everything was off.
I placed an app order. The dining room was closed! It wasn?t even 7 pm. Apparently they also closed the drive thru since a truck... was stuck there, but what does that have to do with the dining room? Incompetent. I requested a refund online. Read more

It was about 7:30pm when I got there. The person at the window was super nice, so I think that is the only reason they actually... deserve that one star, there was no one else waiting in the drive thru. I ordered a #7 with curly fries. I live 3 blocks fromthere. EVERYTHING WAS COLD when I got home. I got extra cheese and added veggies so it came out to almost $20.00 for the meal.They also made it with a pretzel bun which was... Different. The bun was hard. Maybe they ran out of the regular buns theyusually use for that. For no one else being there I guess I just thought the food would at least be hot. Also there were regularfries mixed in with my curly fries to fill up the container. Apparently, they just didn't want to make more. I took two bites ofthe cold burger, ate 2 fries and then threw the entire meal away. Best thing about the meal was the strawberry Fanta. Worse Jackin the Box I've ever been to and will most likely never go back. Very disappointed to spend that amount on really reallyterrible food. Read more
