Probably the worst BBQ I have ever tried to eat! Chicken had no flavor and was very dry. Brisket was bad! They need to brine the... chicken before cooking. Sides were very good. Read more

Met these guys at their food truck first and then hunted them down here. They're worth the 30-45 minute drive from Renton. ... But be careful as they don't have any seating, TAILGATE TIME! These guys are too nice and humble though. "For the best BBQ inFederal Way?" Pshhhh... Best BBQ in the whole state and any surrounding one's! Period. Going through the menu: Amazing pulledpork. I order a pound and use it for sandwiches throughout the week. Great sausage, nice spice level to it. BBQ beans areawesome. Best beans in Seattle Cole slaw super good! Even my 2 year old couldn't stop eating this. Potato salad this is the onlypotato salad I've had from and restaurant or store that rivals my grandmother's. Simply amazing. Ribs: Best ribs within 1000miles. I used to attend ribs festivals and contests yearly, there is only 1 place in the US that can rival their ribs that Iknow of. Nowhere in Seattle even comes close. Super meaty and they just fall off the bone. The only downside is that they'retoo far from Renton and I'm moving again soon so I won't get to enjoy them enough. Read more
